Taeya Fitzpatrick

Associate

I assist clients with creating estate plans custom to their unique circumstances, including potential incapacity planning, and after a person passes, I assist their personal representative with the administration of the estate.

Not all estates are simple and easy and in disputed estates. I work hard to create solutions for those clients and carefully work them through the difficult and sometimes emotional dispute they are going through.

I also assist strata corporations and/or owners in their strata law needs, from drafting bylaws, enforcing bylaws, governance, strata litigation, etc.

I enjoy finding creative, practical solutions for my clients that meet their needs and goals.

When I am not working, you can find me skiing, walking my dogs or gardening.
